WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery details and parcel tracking number of your goods should be listed on your shipping confirmation. Delivery time to Europe is approximately 5-10 working days. At busy times such as Christmas, delivery performance may be slightly slower.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. During busy periods and other unusual circumstances, there may be slight delays.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?
We have a customer service based in the UK, if a shipment does not arrive we can be contacted at sales@montgomeryoutdoor.com.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email with your tracking information. Our courier will also email you to confirm that they have received your order. They can then track the order as it makes its way to you, and may even reroute it if you are unable to acknowledge receipt.
WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA IF I BUY FROM THE EU?
No. We ship our packages fully duty paid and taxed to the EU. The price you see on the website is the price you pay for delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We operate a subsidised returns facility through our returns portal (originalmontgomery.gfs-returns.com), with discounted return prices. To ensure that you have access to a premium courier service with tracking, which will return your returned items to us within a few working days in most cases. This means you will receive your money back into your account with minimal delay. Alternatively, returns can also be sent to our returns warehouse using a shipping provider of your choice.
Refunds: We can refund the original price of an item within 30 days of receiving your order. We can only do online refunds. Your refund will be made to the original payment method used to place the order.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, our e-commerce system does not support exchanges. Instead, please return the goods via our subsidised express returns courier service so that we can refund your initial purchase as quickly as possible.
Cost: Any courier costs incurred for returns will be subsidised by us to enable you to return your items to us as cheaply as possible, quickly and safely. They are non-refundable, but allow you access to first class and efficient courier services at a great price. Payment is made via the original Montgomery returns portal.
