WHERE DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We offer free delivery to Germany and Italy.
Unfortunately due to current circumstances regarding COVID-19 and Brexit we are temporarily unable to deliver to other countries in the EU. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and we are working hard to re-enable the service as quickly as possible - please check back for updates.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment is only accepted by credit / debit card or PayPal.
WILL I BE CHARGED ANY EXTRA FEES WHEN SHOPPING FROM THE EU?
No. We send our parcels into the EU with duties and taxes paid. The price you see on the website is the price you pay delivered.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
If ordering online you will receive an email confirming your order and a shipment update.
WILL ALL THE GOODS I ORDER ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?
Your goods may arrive at different times due to being despatched as they are available.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery details of your goods should be outlined in your order confirmation. We aim to get the duffles to you within 9 working days for UK orders, and up to 28 days for the rest of world. Delivery performance at busy times such as Christmas may be slightly slower. However, all goods will be delivered to you no later than 30 days following order.
Please be aware that there are currently delays in shipping to Europe. We also have an amazon store here.
DO YOU ALLOW DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, you can enter a different delivery address to your own address. Please note that we do not deliver to pack stations or PO Box addresses as a signature is required upon delivery.
WHAT POSTAL SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We despatch our goods using UK MAIL for UK, DPD or DHL for EU Countries and Royal Mail for Rest of the World.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL?
Parcels are despatched using services which require a signature on delivery. Parcels can be left with a neighbour. If a safe place is available, this can be requested but it is left without a signature at your own risk.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM OUT WHEN THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
We will email you the tracking number and you can always arrange a re-delivery directly with DPD.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
We will get in contact with you to attempt a second despatch.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE?
Yes, our site is completely secure. To ensure the security of your transaction, we use SSL Certificate. This means that any page where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption also prevents other Internet users from accessing this information. We also accept orders via PayPal or over the telephone.
IF I PAY BY CARD, WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Payment will be taken before despatch of the product.
HOW DO I RETURN MY GOODS?
You can return your goods to us for an exchange or refund as long as goods are unused and unworn. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to ensure the safe delivery of returned goods. Returns Label will be provided where applicable. Exchanges are sent out free of charge by us.
